Setups
Get up and running fast and easy by taking advantage of our data management software setup services, performed by AllMax product and technical experts.
Operator10® Setup (Wastewater & Water) & Synexus™ (Pretreatment)
As soon as a complete program setup for Operator10 is performed, users can begin tracking and reporting data. Simply provide AllMax support staff with your specifications, such as a plant diagram, sampling points, parameters/samples taken, state/federal reports and any other important reportable information. They can then create a customized program setup for you, including defined locations and parameters, formulas, process control data, standard and customized reports, as well as 2D/3D graphs.
Antero™ Setup (Maintenance Data Management)
Our support staff can also set up your Antero maintenance data management program to help you get started tracking maintenance related items like equipment history, work orders, scheduled maintenance, parts/materials inventory, labor and subcontractor costs, and more. Those interested in an Antero setup should have equipment lists and details available, as well as spare parts lists, O&M manuals or current schedules for equipment maintenance. Reports can be customized as well to provide an accurate, detailed look at your cost of maintenance.
Note: For inquiries regarding an Antero setup, you will need to contact AllMax Software. A representative will be able to tell you what information we will need for proper setup, set a time frame for completion of the setup, and discuss whether the setup should be completed on-site or from the AllMax office.

Installations
Installation services are available for those who are interested. The AllMax support staff can provide installation assistance using a variety of tools, from a simple walkthrough over the phone to a guided setup using web-based remote software. Additionally, if on-site installation services are necessary, travel arrangements and costs can be provided. Conversions
Don't let your historical data become history. AllMax can collect data from all types of electronic formats, including competing products. Identify the current or old database, spreadsheet or electronic store of data that would be helpful to have incorporated into Antero or Operator10. Our support staff can examine that data and determine the cost and time to perform a conversion into our software. Contact our offices to begin the conversion process.
Training
Customized training is available from basic to advanced sessions. Take advantage of this valuable service to gain in-depth knowledge of the setup and use of the programs.
Our certified trainers travel to regions across the country to conduct training based on clients' specific needs, at cost-effective rates. Workshops
We conduct regular software workshops in various regions of the nation for the benefit of existing or new users. Conducted in a classroom setting, the workshops cover all aspects of our operations and maintenance applications, with special emphesis on new features. There is usually time allotted for questions and answers, so you can refine your skills or learn new ideas from the instructor or other attendees.
